Delivery and Returns



  • Shipping of orders on business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Delivery via Colissimo in Europe within 4 to 7 business days
  • Express delivery via UPS Saver within 2 to 4 business days worldwide (subject to possible delays due to customs clearance)

For shipments outside of the European Union, the customer will support the local taxation of the country of consumption.


You have up to 14 days to return your item(s) in their original condition. You will be responsible for the return costs.

To return an order, you have to follow those steps:

  1. Submit a request to return an item by sending us an email at:,
  2. Describe the item you wish to return, mentioning the reason for the return,
  3. The item must be returned in their original condition and packaging,
  4. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
  5. Please send the item(s) with label(s) still attached along with RAN packing slip to the address mentioned in our email.

Returns are the responsibility of the customer(s).

Please note that we need the RMA slip to identify your return.

The refund will be made within 15 days upon reception of the return and if all the conditions mentioned in the return procedure are met.
